GIVEN - Part II

It was a miserable experience for my first trip to Shanghai in last month. My wife was admitted to hospital for 3 days on my day 2 in Shanghai. She was having serious bleeding in which the reason was unknown. After a week when i returned, she was admitted to first GH and follow by a private hospital for another 3 days, in which the God had decided to take care the little special one temporary on behalf of us.

During the hard time, we were glad that we did not have any complaints to the incident other than being thankful. It gave us a great experience, it taught us to treasure every moments with our love ones and it awaken us to work unreservedly in our role and our mission .

Old quote was saying: "Repent for the past, live in present and work for future."
古云:“懺悔過去,活在當下,面對未來”。

Given

I was so happy when knowing that there would be a new member added to my family at end of this year. Thank you my dear for carrying another special one.

It is "given" by the Lord and may the little one brings shines to the family and the rest.....

Vegie "Loh Mai Kai"

It is been a long time since my last "step-in" into my kitchen to cook my favorite food. For this time, i have choosen one of my favorite food since young, which is "Loh Mai Kai". Of course, a vegie "Loh Mai Kai".
The recipe for Loh Mai Kai is simple. The ingridients are glutinous rice, mushroom, vegie ham, and a few slice of vegie "charsiew". It was my third time to cook the vegie "Loh Mai Kai". The physical appearance and the taste are much more better than the earlier one. I would say it's taste was quite similiar to those selling at vegie shop.
I thought my wife and my daughter were enjoying this delicious food during the weekend.
Cheers!
